Love this cookware!
I have owned this cookware since December of 2011 and I love it. It took me a few tries to perfect the art of water-less and oil-less cooking, but the results are amazing. My food has so much more flavor and I love the fact that I don't have to put oil into every dish. I'm also very content to know that this is the last cookware I will own.
"Waterless" Cookware
This is great stainless cookware! I have had it for several years and purchased it from Alpha Omega Foods. I use it instead of a pot with a steamer insert because it requires so very little water and I feel that this maintains nutrients better. Also you can cook on lower heat and still get the job done efficiently. While I have recently increased my intake of raw food, there are still times when I prepare cooked food for myself and my family.
