Absolutely fantastic
This is the best roasting pan I have ever seen. It is HEAVY with thick enough bottom and walls. It is comparable to one made by Mauviel also with folding handles. I own a couple of items made by the ITALIAN Paderno that are sold by World Cuisine in the US, and I am absolutely impressed with their quality. For one thing they are heavy gauge stuff. I understand that they were originally made for hotels and commercial cuisines that get them heavy and rough use. So they are not as pretty as All-Clad or some of the other well known and very expensive roasting pans, but they are heavy duty, well made, durable, and absolutely functional. In my opinion you can't go wrong with these. One other thing that is an advantage is the folding handles. I cannot stand those tall fixed handles that most other brands make, especially when they are curved towards the inside of the pan; somehow they obstruct access to the pan and make it extremely difficult to store the pan.
