Great pan for small quantities
Excellent pan. Usual tiptop mauviel quality. Love the cast iron handle on this one as most of my others are bronze. Great size for small quantities. Also, customer service from amazon.com in getting this to me in time for Christmas was AMAZING.

I really enjoy cooking with this little pan, it is the perfect size for the nights that I am cooking for just me.
The pan heats quickly and cooks evenly and is easy to clean. I am thinking about buying many more pieces of the Mauviel copper cookware.
What's not to love about Copper pots and pans???
Beautiful in every way. Cooks so evenly. Makes beautiful omelets. Yes, I will buy more on another special occasion, birthdays etc.
