Great addition to my kitchen
My friend recommended this pan to me. So I went ahead and bought one. It is wonderful, even my husband loves it. I don't have a braiser type of pan. This works great. It keeps food hot all afternoon. The beef was tender, by the time I took it out. I will get another one, in the near future.
