Demeyere Atlantis 7.9 Inch Pasta Insert, 20cm

Just what I wanted.
Demeyere uses heavy guage stainless for all their products. It's not so heavy it's difficult to use, but it definately doesn't feel flimsy. The welded handles are secure and make cleaning much easier.
