Demeyere is the only choice for serious induction cooks
The only other cookware that I use on my induction cooktop is 1880's period Erie PA cast iron, but Demeyere is even superior to that fine old cast iron. Demeyere makes dealing with my "piece of junk" KitchenAid induction cooktop tolerable. Once Wolf creates the "zone-free" induction cooktop for the American market, I will roof test my KitchenAid induction cooktop and post the event on YouTube.
Superb steamer
Great quality; using two of these quite regularly (stacked) w/ the stock pot to steam meals. Cleans very easily; cooks very evenly.
