The product is very good, but I needed a dishwasher safe unit,and unit was not.
The product like I said is still a good product.
Convenient and beautiful
Although the skillet has a hot spot I love it anyway. The cooler side allows me to shift food to continue cooking without burning. Because it is so beautiful I can serve right from it. It's easy to clean and has kept it's shine.
Love it!
This is a wonderful skillet. It's big enough to cook for a large family or gathering. The heat is even. It's my go to appliance!

Precise Heat 65 Quart Element Surgical Stainless Steel Stockpot

Excellent Purchase!!
I got this kettle to use as a homebrew kettle. This is a very heavy duty kettle and I am very happy with it. I purchased this when it was $98 and I thought that to be one of the best bargains I have come across!

Great pot for brewing beer or steaming tamales. Only downside is that it is pretty heavy empty and much more heavy with 10 gallons of liquid. Eat your Wheaties and buy the pot already!
Salsa making with Precise Heat 65Qt. Stockpot.
I purchased this stockpot in Aug.2011. In Sept. we hold our annual family salsa making weekend. This pot worked like a charm! We put 2 bushels of tomatoes , onions, peppers, garlic, & seasonings in it. cooked it down & canned 70 - 77 pints.(Put up almost 600 pints of salsa.) We did not burn a batch. The pot is very sturdy with a thick bottom. It did the job for us & cleaned up very well. A great pot I highly recommend it. It was packaged very well. No damage.

Precise Heat 3-1/2-Quart Surgical Stainless-Steel Oil Core Skillet

A massive disappointment
Ordered this pan for my wife for Valentines day 2010, which in itself made me a little apprehensive after the birthday vacuum fiasco many years back.
Seems women don't always appreciate getting tools on special occasions. Who knew ?

Arrival: Double boxed and well protected, the wife carefully opened the containers. Enclosed was a beautiful pan wrapped in a protective plastic bag and dripping in oil. Oh-Oh, recalling a few closing reviews about leakers.

Not to worry, the instructions mention washing in hot, soapy water to remove oil residues from the manufacturing process. OK then..still, why make such a beautiful product and not take the time to clean it a bit ?

Anyway, we cleaned it and re-arranged cupboards to give it a safe place from dings. Put it away until today when we pulled it down to cook a few hamburgers.

The best
An electric skillet is a much underrated kitchen helper. Many benefits to it, including that it controls the heat and you can leave it unwatched. I own this skillet in a vacation house. Now I will buy it at Amazon for much less than I paid for the first one. This skillet is the best I have ever seen or used. It is heavy, cooks well (you do have to get used to the heat levels), cleans like a dream, goes through the dishwasher perfectly.
A Great Skillet
This Skillet is really practical, not only does it maintain and even heat distribution, it can get really hot which is great for searing meats. I enjoy the convenience of using this to reheat foods, put on low setting for a few minutes -- no need to have to watch the pan. It is also a fine vegetable steamer. I just got it and have used it everyday since then! Four years later and still using my Skillet. It makes great popcorn too!
