Great addition to the Bosch Univeral Mixer!
I purchased the Bosch Univeral Mixer last year as a gift for my husband who bakes a lot of bread. We love the machine, but did miss the stainless steel bowls that we had used to use with Kitchenaid mixers. This bowl is fantastic, and really is a great addition to the Bosch. It looks nice, cleans up very easily (more easily than the standard hard white plastic bowl, I think), plus gives you a nice option to start a new mixing project without having to wash the bowl first when you use both. The only downside to the bowl is that it sill has the same plastic center piece as the original bowl. This means that you cannot use this stainless steel bowl for mixing very hot ingredients, such as you might when making a French buttercream. Other than that, it is a wonderful bowl!
Excellent Bosch Metal Bowl
I absolutely love this mixing bowl. I dislike the standard bowl that comes standard with the Bosch Universal Plus. This bowl is very sturdy, attractive and excellent size. Highly recommend!!!!
Great product
Bosch makes great products. High quality and washes up nice. I like buying a product that I know will last.
