Magma 10 Piece Stainless Steel Induction Cook-Top Gourmet Nesting Cookware Set

First class Stainless steel!
I recently purchased an induction cook top for my boat to make cooking easier and faster. I had to find pots and pans that were compatible that nested inside the oven since our storage is at a premium. This set is beautiful, perfect cooking smart design with the 3 in 1 pot top and handles that come off for storage. I've always been pleased by any products made by Magma!
Fantastic Set
We have an induction cook-top in our motorhome. As with most motorhomes, storage space is limited. These pans nest and take very little room. Additionally, my wife says they are very high quality, heavy-duty cookware and are a pleasure to use.

Magma 7 Piece Gourmet Nesting Stainless Steel Cookware Set

Great Product
I ordered these to use while traveling in our Class B Rv. In a Class B, space is limited and needs to be utilized very efficiently. These nesting cookware products take up very little space. The part that is most impressive however is the quality of the steel. At home I use AllClad cookware. This product is not quite as thick and heavy as AllClad, but very close. This is not lightweight campware, but quality home style cookware that happens to nest. Highly recommended.
Boater's Cookware
Bought the Magma for use on my sailboat, after looking at Cuisinart and Fagor, which are also good products it seems. I have been very happy with the Magma set. It is well-constructed, heavy and polished. It heats up quickly on my stove, and fits in the sink for cleanup. This set is basic, but really all I can see needing on a small boat. The handle is very solid and doesn't flop around when attached. And it all stores together in a nice stack 7-1/4 inches tall. Thought I might use this camping too, but it is too heavy to backpack - would be fine for car camping though. Very satisfied.
Rock Solid and Made for Years of Use
The first thing you notice when these arrive is the heft of the box with only a stock pot, frying pan, small pot, and a couple lids inside. Magma cookware is made of very heavy gauge stainless steel, which is great for heat transfer, easy clean up, and also makes them impervious to metal cooking utensils too. These are primarily designed with boating, RV's, or camping, in mind. But the quality of construction they possess could just as easily be used in a regular kitchen and would last a lifetime.

There's really no downside or cons to Magma cookware. They're great for cooking, they're bullet proof, they're easy to clean, and the fact that they can be nested together to save space is a great thing if you're storing them in a boat or an RV were space is limited.

Tramontina 80038/511 Professional Stainless Steel 14-Piece Forged Cutlery/Steak Knive Set

Beautiful Knives, Strong Sturdy Feel
Just received this set of Tramontina Knives today. Out of the box they are very nice knives. All the blades seemed to be sharp and without blemished or manufacturer abnormalities. The grip is rounded for a nice ergonomic grasp, and they have a quality "heaviness and sturdiness" when in hand. The blade connection to the handle at first appears to be seamless, however a very minuscule hair line connection is visible when you look very close. They definitely have the look as though they're are cast iron forged from one piece of metal though.

The holes cut in the wood block seem to vary a little so they may not all line up 100% (height wise) when down in their slot, but mine don't seem to have any noticeable difference from a couple feet away. The block is made in China and there was some visible spill out of glue in sections, but what do you expect from China.

Great knife set for the price
I'm by no means a gourmet chef or expert on high end knives. Some of the reviews on knives get into some serious detail comparing the knives to space shuttle alloy materials and Japanese/German steel heritage. All I know is that these knives didn't cost me an arm and a leg, are sharp as heck, and quite attractive. Because they a single body steel versus having a wood, attached handle, they are dishwasher safe (though I generally hand wash). The only two knocks I would give the set (why I rated 4 vs 5) are that the steak knives have no serration and it would have been nice to get a bread knife.
Great for the money
I bought this set of knives about 3 weeks ago and I have been using it quite often. They came out of the box nice and sharp, and after a rinse with hot soapy water they were ready to use. The weight and balance feels nice in my hand when I'm slicing up meat, veggies, and herbs. I like the almost seamless connection between the handle and the blade. It makes it very easy to keep them clean.
Then knife block seems pretty sturdy and looks nice in my kitchen.
I bought this set as it seemed like the best quality for the money. All the knives are forged steel. A big selling factor for me is that these knives are not made in China. They are made in Brazil. However, the block comes from the PRC.

Anyway, so far so good. I feel like this is a great value for the money and I would recommend them for someone who's looking for a good set of knives but can't afford the big bucks for Henkel or Victorinox.

Super product
We are using this cookware in our 5th wheel. It is high-quality and takes up very little space. We're using it on an induction cook-top now. If you use this on a gas range, remove the handle or it may be damaged by the flame. Guess how I discovered that!
Love this set
I love this set. I purchased a single burner induction cook top and realized I needed to get some compatible cookware. I purchased these because they could nest and take up suck a small amount of space. They are great! Good solid quality. Handles are very sturdy even though they detach. The price was reasonable too.
Great stackables for the motorhome
Well constructed, compact and of great quality. I got this for the RV since everything you would need to cook is in one compact setup and the pans are induction cooking compatible. Not disappointed at all. Would recommend this product but be sure to get the induction compatible version.

Magma Nested Cookware
Just received my cookware a week ago and I absolutely love it!!!! Shipped very quickly and was at my door much earlier than I expected. Care instruction are clear and correct. Easy to use; easy to clean; easy to store. What more could you ask for. This is not cheaply made lightweight cookware; very nice quality and I couldn't be happier with how our foods cook in them.
