A hit as a Birthday present
Got this for my son's (a budding Chef) birthday. He was pleased with the gift and as I've seen him use it, he seems to like it a lot. I'm more conversant with hunting knives, but the look and feel of the knife is first rate. It was well packaged. Altogether a great first impression.
Nice knife, requires practice
Like a Shun, great knife. I've always used other methods to chop vegetables so it took some practice to get it right.

not so sharp at all, handle are too kind of small, i do have a small to mid.size hands,no a great cleaver and anything, should be discontinue pretty soon i think
