love the pan, lid has issues
I was given this pan as a gift. I love the pan and use it all the time. The only problem is the lid. The silicone ring around the lid retains the smell of whatever you cook in the pan. I can't get rid of the smell and I smell it every time I open the cabinet where I store the pan. I can't find any where on line to ask about it or a web site that would help.

I just don't know why black bone chicken smell better if cooked by this one than other qua... The lid is excellent to keep steam in and heating the food in a health way.
Besides, this pan remain warm long time after cooking, keep the food fresh during serving.

If you know the brand, then it goes without saying that this is a very high quality piece of cookware. Worth the investment! I am looking forward to many years of use!
