Great, but hard to clean
This beautifully designed and built product does with ease and perfection exactly what it's supposed to. One can only wish it was easier to clean. There are several places for old cream to hide in the mechanism, especially below the sealing ring. You can sterilize it eventually but you need to take time. Every gourmet kitchen needs this.
Messy and hard to use
The cream whipper works. But it is heavy and hard to shake, as directed. And it is messy to use in comparison to commercial store-bought already whipped cream in dispenser cans that are all ready to use. And doing it this way does not save any cost. The cream and the charger together cost as much or more than the pre-made store dispenser, ready to use.
