Paella Pan
This stainless steel paella pan performed as expected. The paella it produced from the Bomba rice I purchased from Amazon was praised by all my guests, one of whom was a gourmet cook who liked the product so much she copied down all the details of the recipe and said the wanted a paella pan like this.

I needed a new paella pan and this one came in time, was well made, looks beautiful, and cleans up nicely. I use my mother's recipe with calls for it to be cooked in the oven. Worked brilliantly.
Also, my recipe creates servings for 8 - 10 people, which I was able to do easily with this pan.
22" Great Paella Pan
I was looking for a staniless steel paella pan that was big enough to feed 16 people, that was easy to clean and long lasting, that fitted in my round Weber charcoal grill and that handle bars that did not burn my hand when I finished cooking. This pan meet all those requirements. The cheaper carbon and steel paella pans are very hard to maintain and they do not last long.
