I love it. It is a quality professional tool. It takes time to master.
I do think it could be sharper when you receive it. Other
than that it cuts precisely and can be used to cut very thin
slices.
Left Handed Yanagi Knife
This knife works wonders for me, because Iam a chef and I just learned how to make sushi for me new job. The handle has a great feel to it and its left handed. Not very many left handed knifes out there. It is more expensive than right handed ones, but well worth the price.

Really good built quality and super sharp. Handle is very nice and has a good grip. Not issues with slipping.
