Awful Coffee Brewer-Awful Customer Service
We purchased this item in good faith for our small law firm. From the very first day, the brewer made watery, unflavorful coffee. We tried using more coffee, different grinds and stronger beans (Peets Major Dickinsens) but it still made bad coffee. Finally, when one of our clients complained that the coffee was really bad, we tried to return it to Bunn. Bunn would not take the defective brewer back and they did not offer a replacement. I will never buy a Bunn product again. Buyer beware!
It makes coffee!
What a shock, it makes coffee. You pour water in the top, (The water lid will leak over the top) and you get coffee, what a machine.
