Heavy
This is a very nice saute pan...and does quite a bit more. It is very heavy. I would highly recommend!
Wonderful saute pan
Love almost everything about this saute pan. The only exception is the middle of the pan: it has a depression where juices have a tendency to gather and burn.
Positives: it sears very well, it's easy to deglaze, and the copper core ensures even heating.
