This the best pot I have. Easy to clean and heats evenly. Wish I could afford more! I love it.

Yes, I know this roaster is an investment. But well worth it. Its virtually nonstick. Easy to clean (my husband loves this part as he is the dishwasher in our family) Heats quickly. I use it mostly on the stove-top. I also found that I like to boil pasta in this pan. Great for steaming vegetables. I also have other All-Clad Copper Core pans and have found the lid works on some of them as well. I can't think of any negatives.
