My "go to" pan
i bought this pan when costco had them on special. i use it for everything from fritatas to roasts. you can brown the meat stovetop then slip into the oven to finish roasting. for fritatas, it can be brought right to the table. i've never had anything stick...and it's a breeze to clean. without a doubt, my most used pan and worth the price.
